4 cups tomato juice1 onion, minced1 green bell pepper, minced1 cucumber, chopped2 cups chopped tomatoes2 green onions, chopped1 clove garlic, minced3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 teaspoon dried tarragon1 teaspoon dried basil1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1 teaspoon white sugarsalt and pepper to tasteIn a blender or food processor, combine tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper.
